Positive affirmation = positive changes

Positive affirmations make positive changes in the lives of thousands of people. Positive self-talk is used by professional athletes to improve performance, by students to improve concentration, by teachers to communicate better, and by virtually anyone wanting to make changes in the quality of their life.

“Change your thinking, change your life” applies. When you let your thoughts run amok, the results are uncertain and scattered, mirroring your thoughts. If you don’t think new thoughts, your mind will dig into the past for old ones. The same thoughts create the same outcomes.

Turbo-charge your affirmations.

Positive affirmations are not about what you don’t want, but about what you do want. Your subconscious mind believes what you put into it, good or bad. So it makes sense to monitor your self-talk to support what you want to do, be, and have. Give feeling to your words and visualizations. It’s the feeling that turbo-charges your affirmations.

When you make up your own affirmations, write them down and redo them until they feel just right. Say them before you go to bed and first thing in the morning, as well as other times during the day. Here are a few suggestions.

  • I am financially free to spend, save, and give generously.
  • I feel good about money and there are no limits to how much I can have.
  • I receive all forms of abundance into my life with gratitude.
  • The more I share, the more abundance comes to me.

5 happiness affirmations:

  • I live a life of purpose doing satisfying and rewarding work.
  • I give thanks for the life I lead.
  • I enjoy the little pleasures of life as well as the big ones.
  • I deserve to be happy and I am open to happiness every day.
  • I am a happy person and people enjoy being around me.

5 love and relationship affirmations:

  • I deserve and accept love offered to me by others.
  • My friends and I enjoy spending time together.
  • My family relationships are caring and loving.
  • My partner and I are emotionally and physically attracted to each other.
  • I attract healthy, loving relationships.
